Going in where they are and helping them through the muck and out of the weeds. Could be in their mind, or in their daily grind. It could be communicating with their CEO/C-level peers or their team. Until I have a strategy session with them, it's impractical to predict.
Wholistically, I provide them with a map of what's to come, a mindset of who to become, mechanics of what to do and the momentum on how to move forward.
Practically, once I know where they are and where they need to go next, I help them come up with a strategy based on my own experience and insights and those I've gathered in my coaching years.
